What do I need to do before the technician arrives?
We ask that you move anything that will impede the cleaning process and vacuum the area that will be cleaned. We offer vacuuming services for an additional cost.
Will the cleaning solution harm my children or pets?
The regular cleaning solutions we use will not harm your children or pets. However, some of the stain removers have an unpleasant smell, and the pet treatment can be irritating, and so, we ask that you stay off the surface for at least an hour. Green cleaning solutions are available upon request.
How long will it take to dry?
Typically, it takes between 5-8 hours to dry. Please note that drying times may vary depending on ventilation and how soiled your carpet was before cleaning.
Can I walk on it?
Yes. However, you should wear slippers or indoor shoes to prevent new stains and spots.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit.
Will the technician move furniture?
Yes. We are more than happy to move any moveable furniture, but we will not move any breakables, broken furniture, or beds. However, we still do our best to reach and clean underneath any unmoved furniture.
Will it cost extra when you arrive?
The quote you receive on the phone is for a basic cleaning. Areas with heavy stains, pets, or excessive traffic can result in an extra charge. Additionally, the use of Scotchgard and deodorizers can result in an increased price.
Are stairs included?
Stair cleaning is not included in our basic cleaning package as they are more time-consuming and tedious. We can clean your stairs at an additional cost of $2 per stair.
What process do you use?
We use the hot water extraction process. This involves using hot water to extract stains and dirt while simultaneously sucking up the dirty water.
