  • What do I need to do before the technician arrives?
    • We ask that you move things that you would like moved and vacuum the area that will need to be cleaned. We can vacuum for you, but it is an additional charge.
  • Will the cleaning solution harm my pets or children?
    • The cleaning solutions for a regular cleaning will not harm your pets or children. Some of the stain removers have an unpleasant smell and the pet treatment can be irritating, so we ask you to stay off it for at least an hour. We do have green cleaning solutions available at your request. 
  • How long will it take to dry?
    • It typically takes about 5-8 hours to dry. It may take more or less depending on how bad your carpet was before the cleaning and the ventilation that the area is receiving. 
  • Can I walk on it?
    • Yes, but you should wear indoor shoes or slippers in order to not bring up any new spots or stains. 
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We take cash, check, or credit for each cleaning. 
  • Will the technician move furniture?
    • We move any movable furniture. We do not move breakables or broken furniture and we do not move beds. We try to get under them. 
  • Will it cost extra when you get here. It could end up costing you extra once we arrive. The price that you are quoted on the phone is just for the basic cleaning. Stains, pet treatments, and excessive traffic areas may end up costing extra along with scoth guard and deoderizers.
  • Are the stairs included?
    • We do not include the stairs in the basic cleaning. They are more tedious and time consuming. The cost is $2 per stair. 
  • What is the process that you use? 
    • We use hot water extraction. It uses hot water to get the dirt and stains up while simultaniously sucking up the dirty water at the same time.
